Leather Restoration Services

From light wear and fading to scratches, stains, cracking and damaged finishes, every restoration begins with understanding the leather in front of us.

The Right Repair

Leather Damage Is Not All the Same.

A faded bolster needs a different approach than a deep scratch. A stained couch should not be treated the same way as cracked automotive leather.

We assess the condition, finish, color and type of leather first, then build the restoration around what that specific piece needs.

Cleaning & Conditioning

Restore a cleaner appearance and healthier feel without immediately jumping into recoloring.

Leather gradually collects body oils, dirt, residue and products that can dull its finish. Proper cleaning removes that buildup while conditioning helps maintain flexibility.

Good For Dirt, oils, dullness, light grime and neglected leather.
Common Pieces Furniture, automotive seats, jackets and bags.

Scuff & Scratch Repair

Reduce distracting surface damage and blend the repaired area back into the surrounding leather.

Depending on the damage, scratched areas may be prepared, filled, textured, recolored and sealed to create a much more uniform appearance.

Good For Scratches, scuffs, worn edges and surface abrasions.
Common Pieces Car bolsters, couches, chairs, jackets and handbags.

Stain Treatment

Target discoloration carefully without unnecessarily disturbing the surrounding finish.

Some stains remain near the surface while others absorb deeper into the leather. Treatment depends on the substance, age of the stain and condition of the material.

Good For Oil, grease, water marks, dye transfer and other discoloration.
Important Results depend on the stain, leather and how deeply the discoloration has penetrated.

Color Match & Re-Dye

Bring faded and worn leather back to a richer, more consistent appearance.

Custom color matching allows worn areas to blend naturally with the original piece. Restoration can focus on a localized area or involve broader recoloring depending on condition.

Good For Fading, worn pigment, discoloration and uneven appearance.
Specialty Precision color adjustment and blending.

Crack Repair

Improve heavily worn leather before cracking becomes even more distracting.

Cracked surfaces can require cleaning, preparation, flexible repair compounds, smoothing, texturing and recoloring to visually integrate the repair.

Good For Dry cracking, worn seating surfaces and heavily used bolsters.
Best Results Earlier treatment usually provides more restoration options.
Every Piece Is Different

Can It Be Restored?

In many cases, yes. But the best way to determine what's possible is to see the actual leather.

Send clear photos showing the entire piece and close-ups of the damage. We can then recommend the most realistic restoration approach.
